7 c’s of interaction design- Fastrack store HSR layout 27th main Bangalore, Karnataka
 
Context-  In context with the store, incorporating the logo, hence the brand imagery in most of the movable and immovable fixtures of the store. The store also incorporates graphical elements to connect with the youth.
Content- The store has watches, sunglasses bags belts wallets laptop sleeves as its product mix. The appeal of the products is funky and fast moving
Community- fastrack has an official page and a group on all the social networking sites. Apart from this they provide opportunities for feedbacks through their official website “fastrack.in”. time to time they also ask for for the deliverance of feedback and new opportunities form their consumers visiting the store.
Customization- they at times do follow the reasonable feedbacks from the consumer after consulting with their in house teams in the company.
Communication- there are no sign boards in the store, but there are clear demarcation of the different product mix available.
Connections- Fastrack is a stand alone store of the brand. Hence the products in the store are only of Fastrack.
Commerce- The store accepts cash, credit cards and debit cards.
Watches and wallets are kept in the center of the store, bags and laptop sleeves to the right of the store and sunglasses on the left.
New arrivals are kept in the window of the store, so that a consumer even before entering in the store knows about the new product launches.
