June 2019: I wanted to try my hand at some ideal names for my NHL team before the team releases their logo.
Seattle Emeralds

Secondary logo: The Seattle city seal with an emerald gemstone.
Seattle Evergreens
Primary logo: An evergreen tree in the silhouette of the Evergreen State.
Secondary logo: A saw emblazoned with the Seattle city seal.
Seattle Metropolitans, v1: Geometric Space Needle
Primary logo: Combines the original 1917 Metros logo with the Space Needle.
Secondary logo: An emerald and dueling sticks for Emerald City's hockey team.
Seattle Metropolitans, v2: Vintage Smith Tower
Primary logo: Combines the original Metros logo with the Smith Tower, a more time-appropriate landmark.
Secondary logo: A 1910s steamer ferry on the Sound.
Seattle Pilots
Primary logo: Inspired by the 1969 MLB Pilots logo, adapted to fit the Seattle city seal.
Secondary logo: A seaplane propeller.
Seattle Sockeyes
Primary logo: A sockeye salmon jumps from the waves, forming the shape of the Seattle city seal. A little Puget Sound sunset completes the design.
Secondary logo: A Washington State ferry on the Sound.
