TLA engaged Amicus with a need for a new space to accomodate for their rapid growth. This need was also pressured by their previous lease nearing its expiration date, leaving a short turnaround time where Amicus and Made For design team needed to make efficient decisions whilst carrying out in-depth briefing sessions to understand TLA's vision and functional requirements. 

The finished design employs an energetic and bold space, complimented by Made For's designed colour palette to define the distinct functions of the numerous areas. Throughout the design conception stage, we engaged with staff to understand their daily activities and how their relationship with their space needed to help them throughout the day. Through this insight we were able to deliver a seamlessly functioning workspace that creates depth and interest to serve intentional working activities for TLA's employees.

Given the short turnaround and time pressures, our delivery team was able to execute the design efficiently and effectively. They completed each stage of the construction at a high standard and the smoothness of the operation created a lasting and strong relationship between TLA and Amicus.
