Another Melting Pot
Usually it's a fusion of Greek & Turkish food or Greek & Lebanese or Greek & something Mediterranean or Middle Eastern but combining Greek & South African might be a little more far-fetched. Kozi's : Meet 'n Eat in Athens is run by a South African - Greek family who present a menu and an atmosphere that combines both cultures. Some foods & items are truly South African, some truly Greek, and some are universal and simply embraced by these cultures. The series of illustrations depict the uncommon fusion of these two cultures through objects and foods.
