I recently rewatched Pixars brilliant Inside Out. Accepting and releasing the negative emotions inside of is a big part of my recent experiences.
As a person feeling strong happiness and positive emotions, I was always afraid to show people negative side, afraid to appear crazy, automatically suppresing it until it escalated too far and often suffered periods of depression.

So here is to being a drama queen and accepting it ✨️💖👑
