Ensemble serves contemporary dishes inspired by Chinese classics. It seeks to deliver an unconventional fine dining experience through exploring the nature of the ingredients which are deconstructed and reimagined into different forms.
We invited well known Hong Kong calligrapher 'Wagor' to craft the word 'toi' which means stage. It also has an alternative meaning which means to bring people together. As the cantonese saying for a group of people sharing a meal also uses the character 'toi'.
We then created a suite of artistic pieces using Wagor's calligraphy for the brand identity.
