Intro:
My client is the university of Hertfordshire

The option that I have chosen is the careers fair

I was expected to create an advertisement to draw the attention of the people to take part in the careers fair that the University of Hertfordshire would be hosting whilst getting them to have an increase in their social media interaction. I was expected to create a there eye-catching social media post and create a video I would also create blog to help gain the attention of people
A careers fair helps students and people who want to find out about different job options and chances. Professionals who want to change jobs or meet possible new employers can also go to the fair. Companies go to careers fairs to find people to hire from the nearby area or to tell people about their company and what they do. Some job events are for certain groups of people, like soldiers or people with disabilities. These events help them find helpful resources and get support. The social media posts are meant for people who are now studying or thinking of studying at the University of Herefordshire. It is also for those who have just graduated and are searching for a job. The goal is to attract more people to follow the university on social media. I helped by making 3 posts on social media and by making a video. I would make a blog to get people's attention. I chose to talk about the careers fair and how I promoted it through social media. I made sure to create interesting posts and a video that would encourage students and job seekers to attend the event. I added funny pictures and videos to my social media posts to keep young people interested and engaged. I promised to help them connect with new people and find job opportunities by telling them about the many career resources at the University of Hertfordshire. This helps them by getting more people to follow them and new students to join their group.

The copywriting method I decided to use is -is the four piece formula which takes a unique approach to conversion this type of copy gets the real comment by proving that you can deliver a promise I designed the eye catching picture which grabs the reader’s attention with bright colours I used  Green, a colour that symbolizes nature, growth, and vitality, is an excellent choice for a photo advertisement. Its association with environmental sustainability and fresh beginnings resonates with viewers on a subconscious level, evoking feelings of harmony and positivity. Green stimulates a sense of balance and calmness, making it visually pleasing and soothing to the eye. Additionally, green has been linked to increased attention and creativity, making it a powerful tool to grab the audience's attention and convey a message of growth, renewal, and abundance. i have also created a promise this means I have offered something the audience desired and I have made sure that I am able to deliver upon it I promised that by going to a careers fair, people can meet new contacts and learn about different jobs. To show how helpful the fair can be, I shared a story from someone who went to the fair at the University of Hertfordshire. I encourage people to go and explain the benefits, with no downsides. I used hashtags like #careers #students #jobopportunities to reach more people on social media. I have chosen to use bright green colours and pictures related to the careers fair in my design. I used the rule of thirds for my design. This means you split your design area into three equal parts and make one part bigger than the other. My design has a centre that stands out more than the sides. I use this to make people interested in the posts and keep their attention. I follow the rules of the brand and make posts that different types of people will like and want to interact with. When people search for information about a careers fair or the university Hertfordshire careers fair, my post will show up because of the hashtags I used, like #careers, #students, and #jobopportunities. This will help more people see the post. Many people search for job opportunities but don't plan to attend job fairs. By using hashtags, I can show up in their searches, even if they aren't looking for a job fair. This helps to reach more people with different backgrounds who are looking for jobs.

I've used the 3 H model which consists of hero, help and hub hero means content is the main piece of work that add entire concept of lead up to or centre round for my content the main concept and what things are cantered around is the careers fair everything I've mentioned within all the social media poise all linked back to the university of Harvard John how they're hosting a careers event and how benefit everyone at how they can make new contacts and how there is no drawback from attending it. The help stands for content that can help attract as many people as possible for me this was making three social media posts this has help me branch out to three different within the Internet which can help gaining a customer’s towards uninterrupted with the social media post I have also created a video which can help inform customers on what the careers fair is about how we can help them I have embedded music and subtle memes within the video to help with viewer retention this means that I am making sure customers are engaged and are interested about the things I'm talking about within the video. The hub which can also be called the pillar piece the hub content is a way of gaining more engagement from your intended audience I have implemented this by asking customers to engage with the social media posts.

In crafting the Careers Fair Campaign, I strategically employed the AIDA model to grab and hold the attention of potential attendees.
Firstly, we focused on creating a compelling headline and visual elements that immediately captured the viewer's attention. With eye-catching graphics and bold typography, I ensured that our advertisement stood out from the crowd, prompting individuals to pause and take notice.
Next, I moved to generate interest by emphasizing the benefits and unique selling points of the event. I highlighted the diverse range of industries represented, the presence of top-tier companies and industry experts, and the valuable insights, networking opportunities, and career resources available. By showcasing the event as a hub of opportunities and growth, I piqued the curiosity of our target audience, making them eager to learn more.
To stimulate desire, I leveraged persuasive language and imagery to create an aspirational atmosphere. I painted a vivid picture of an electrifying and immersive experience where ambitious individuals connect with influential recruiters, gain valuable insights, and unlock their potential. By tapping into their desires for career advancement and success, we fuelled the desire to be part of this transformative event.
Finally, I included a clear and compelling call-to-action, urging potential attendees to register and secure their place at the Careers Fair. By creating a sense of urgency and emphasizing the limited availability of this opportunity, I motivated individuals to take immediate action and not miss out on this chance to shape their future. This will cause people to floc to the university of Hertfordshire's careers fair gaining them more traction.

By effectively implementing the AIDA model, the Careers Fair campaign successfully garnered the attention of our target audience, generated interest, stimulated desire, and ultimately prompted action, ensuring a strong turnout and engagement at the event.

the practice of improving on organizations places in different search engines using organic or free methods usually abbreviated to SEO this is help me find different ways to implement hashtags to help gain customers engagement and attention. When you perform a search, the search engine uses algorithms, which are complex sets of rules, to rank the pages in its index based on relevance and quality. The search engine then displays a list of the most relevant pages, with the most relevant pages appearing at the top of the list.
The search engine also considers various ranking factors, such as the relevance of the content on the page, the quality of the website, and the number and quality of other websites that link to the page, to determine the order in which the pages are listed in the search results. The blog theory is that I've used a storytelling method to help keep the audience interested. The bedance profile has helped me showcase all of the social media posts that I have created.
