This functional kids wear collection features soft wool mix and recycled pile items and outdoor products made from recycled materials. In creating Moomin collections, I was able to apply my vision and style as the designer. My responsibility was to develop a collection with a strong visual story, concept, and design. The design process involved several stages, including creating a mood board, developing concept, generating material ideas, designing surface patterns and illustrations, creating product and knit designs, designing labels, selecting colors and making product cards. Each step was taken with care and consideration to tell the story behind the collection.
