May the revolution of light begin
Revolution is an absolute right of mankind and freedom is an undying right of all! The walls in the streets transform into canvases of self-expression in times of defiance. They are the first precursors of revolt and capture gestures of protest, holding up the essence of freedom of expression. In their anonymity, they function as a litmus paper of society, colorfully indicating any hint of the changing mood of the public. The first main driver of change is creativity.

When developing the festival’s visual identity, we opted for a combination of filmed footage and combined it with animated graphical elements. The moving image yields to the motion of animated geometrical shapes.
Polygons react to human movement and beams of outside light, intersecting reality with digital animation. To make this effect impactful, we deconstructed live imagery using a customized image fragmenter.
