It Makes a Difference, If It's Our Energy!

OPET is the fastest and the most consistently growing petroleum company of the last ten years. Currently being the 2nd biggest fuel-oil distribution company in Turkey, OPET has more than 1800 stations under the brand of OPET & SUNPET.

Within its growth, PR campaigns and sponsorships become more important for the company. So OPET decided to sponsor Turkish National Teams of various branches and Fenerbahçe "Opet" Women's Volleyball Team as a name sponsor.

To narrate these partnerships, we prepared various real time content parallel to teams' tournament and match calendar by using TVCs, OOH, social media, collaborations with influencers etc. For nationals, we adapted company's slogan "It Makes a Difference If It's OPET" to "It Makes a Difference If It's Turkish Nationals' Energy". For Fenerbahçe Opet, used the team's alias "Yellow Angels" and say "It Makes a Difference If It's the Yellow Angels' Energy". Also adapted the slogan for OPET's women empowerment "Power of Women" to "Power of Women is in This Jersey". Last but not least, partnerships continued with Turkish National esports Team.

With these communication strategies, OPET is known for its support for Turkish athletes and sports. And although OPET was not the main sponsor for nationals, it was embraced and known by the audience as much as a main sponsor.
