The Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation (CBWF) is a grass-roots, community based non-profit organization taking on causes to fill gaps in services that no other agency provides. Current services include primary health care, mental health and substance abuse programs, infectious disease testing, education and linkage to treatment, and youth education to provide information on the dangers of drug use.

Life's A Drag
​​​​​​​Life is a Drag is a drag event being held in recognition of World AIDS Day. This event will be open to the community, as
an opportunity for people to unite in the fight against HIV, to show support for people living with HIV, and to commemorate those who have died from AIDS-related illness. Also, it is a celebration, recognizing how far the fight against HIV/AIDS has come and that despite the past few years of dealing with a pandemic, the dedication to providing awareness, treatment, and services has never faltered.

Breast Friends
Breast Friends of the CBWF is a program that offers free prostheses and mastectomy bras to survivors of breast cancer. The goal is to provide the products needed to allow women to cope and move forward with dignity and confidence. In addition, prosthesis help with posture, prevent shoulder drop, and problems with balance.

Pink Diva Ball
One of their largest fundraisers that is 100% funded by individuals and foundation grants. The fundraiser benefits Breast Friends of the Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation. They unveil their Pink Divas and raise money for Breast Cancer.
