This work was done within the framework of the course new construction technologies of the graphic arts and multimedia sector, at the Cyprus University of Technology, with the use of a laser cut.

The brief was to create a new kind of Souvenir not based on the usual souvenirs we find around Cyprus, with the use of laser cut. I decided to use different kind of phrases we say around Cyprus that when translated, they don't make sense, with the help of the visual part that will portray the word to word translation of the phrase, and that a possible buyer will have to "do it themselves" aka DIY.

Cypriots use the phrase "Jila to amaksuin sou parakato" when having a conversation with someone, and they want to tell them go somewhere else to get attention, or leave me alone.
