The Capital Centre Tower
Abu Dhabi, UAE
This project is located in a prominent corner near the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition centre in a new mixed use community designed to support the exhibition centre which is currently being extended and re-developed.
The site is approximately 2,000m2 in surface area and has a target development area of 26,000m2 in a podium and tower of 26 stories, with additional 3-4 levels of basement car parking.
The proposed building will be designed for serviced apartments with a high quality of finish and with the right level of amenities for an upmarket clientele. the building will also be of a striking design so as it stands out from the other towers within the overall Capital Centre masterplan.
