Bytes & Batches is a company that develops and publishes mobile games for iOS and Android platforms. Since each of its products have a separate brand of its own, Bytes & Batches wants to focus its branding on attracting new employees. Their target audience resonates with their friendly, open, and playful personality.

One of the main goals of the brand identity project was to find a way to differentiate the company as an employer brand. We set the directions during the briefing stage and consolidated the visual style with the help of mood boards. The creative process started with pen and paper sketches: we tried developing different variants of a playful mascot that would resemble the letter B.

We used the mascot, its shapes, and variations to develop and speak the brand's character. We opted for a thick sans-serif font that would level and complement the playfulness of the icon.

We developed a visual identity consisting of logo design, typography, color palette, icons pack for office signage, a pattern, and photography direction.
