During my internship at Spin Internet Media, I was asked to analyze the current CRM application and redesign it based on usability principles. The current CRM had many usability flaws and the board of Spin asked me to redesign it. After analyzing the current application, the business requirements, and the users and their needs I began by making wireframes and testing these with the focus group. When the wireframes were done, I began designing the new CRM and on the right you see the results of my redesign.
