We created a new sales channel for a commercial real estate agency — a website. ARX Capital helps to sell, buy, rent or lease commercial real estate in Moscow. The company works only with commercial properties, so for a long time it had been using third-party services like Avito or Cyan.

The task is to make a modern user-friendly website.
The company is not set up for quick sales: this is commercial real estate and a lot of money being invested.

The client realizes that in such situations it would be better to make everything nice and convenient, rather than trying to «make a sale». The choice in the end still depends on the proposed conditions, and it is not made instantly. With a calm website, the company looks confident, does not prevent customers from choosing and creates a good impression of itself.​​​​​​​
For the user's convenience, we adopted the concept of similarity to a bulletin board or marketplace

We intentionally used a familiar interface for the user. This way he can enter the site and use it correctly right away, without getting lost in the buttons and functions.

Already on the homepage you can start searching for suitable premises and register — for thorough and thorough work.

Information about the building and offers is provided in convenient cards with large maps:
The user sees «similar offers». First, the ones in the same building, then — those that are placed close to the «source» and match in price:
We don't write much, we show a lot. 

We have very little text on this site — we just show the facilities. To make this demonstration not unorganized, we have grouped the objects into categories (we have selected those that are important for the users themselves).
We don't impose ourselves: we don't use pop-ups or inappropriate forms. 

At the same time, we subtly «catch» users where they may need help — at the end of the page. That's where the most curious users go. We simply offer them help — honestly and openly, without flooding them with promises and dubious lead magnets.
To speed up the work, we first prepared prototypes

In order to quickly realize the concept and show how everything would look, we prepared a series of prototypes — all pages were embodied in «skeletons», without design.

In theory, you can work without them, but then every change turns into a complete redesign of the finished page. The prototype can be corrected 5-10 times faster — and the design will have to be done once.

After finalizing and agreeing on the prototypes, we moved on to the design. The design itself looks minimalistic: it creates a general feeling of expensiveness and seriousness. 

At the same time, the brightly colored photos of the objects perfectly attract attention and help to find the building that the agency's client would like to buy or rent — this is how we help the company to take advantage of people's love for beautiful things.
We also prepared a mobile version to make the site easy to use from any device.

In the mobile version we don't show so many objects — we sacrificed quantity to preserve the quality of photos and the possibility to look at them.

Result
The customer received a beautiful website, which, when developed, will become an excellent sales channel

We have prepared a very strong base, which can be developed in any convenient direction. The site meets all aesthetic requirements, fulfills its task and perfectly presents the property.
