The value of a successful residential interior design can not be overstated. In this project the client main requirement was to turn his private apartment into hospitality renting. Therefore the perfect design style is contemporary.
The project is simple, the client vision was clear and direct. Floor plans were done by Architect Sana, as well as the design, materials and furniture selection. However the 3D renders were outsourced.
Living room. The challenge here was with the limiting size of this room where the client asked to be both the living room and guest bedroom in needed situations.
The mix and match between fabrics such as linen for the sofa and w marble with wood table.
Simple yet shapely design for the TV unite.
The double bedroom was enough to fit two single-size beds, a closet with a sliding door, and a TV unit.
Built in storage for headboards, as well it worked to straight up the wall for the beds to be on the same level.
TV unit with a small dresser and mirror designed together to save space and create a beautiful design.
The Master bedroom was the most challenging one in achieving the client's request of having a masted bed, closet, dressing unit, TV unit, and a small chilling area all within a 32 m2 room with two slant walls.
The TV unit, dresser and closet were all made to straighten the wall behind them as well to function as a full unit.
