Eggduck ales - brand identity & custom lettering
The client asked to design custom letterings to identify each recipe and build a system that would make it all fit in a cohesive product range. The other thing was to keep a DIY approach : a jet-ink printer, post-its and a stamp is all we need to make it work. The E/pint logo had to be clean and neutral in order to be paired with a wide variety of lettering styles without generating too much visual noise. Fun fact : the weird brewery name comes from a guy at a bar who had had a few drinks and was unable to pronounce the original name correctly !
