Wanderlust is a concept for a new style of restaurant. Wanderlust is a strong desire for or impulse to wander or travel and explore. The idea is based on having a simple food menu with a wide range of sauces from all over the world.
Sauces are categorised by their origin on the front of the menu. On the back is a 'sauce matrix' which allows patrons to select a sauce based on whether is is either sweet, tangy, hot, mild or somewhere inbetween.
