The Water Tower is the central building of the International Exhibition that will take place in Zaragoza between June and September 2008. This building has a singular character due to its shape in plan, similar to a drop of water, and to the difficulty in arranging structural elements, since it is basically an empty space closed by a facade

The 21-meter Splash sculpture inside the Torre del Agua was designed by Program Collective and developed by Pere Gifre through fluids and dynamics for the Zaragoza International Exhibition in 2008.
