ATOMIC HABITS – BOOK LAYOUT & SUMMARY

ATOMIC HABITS – BOOK LAYOUT AND SUMMARY

Atomic Habit is James Clears’ best selling work on how to change your habits and get 1% better every day – my chosen topic for my graduation project.

My main goal was to get rid of the stigma of non-fiction works being bleak and dry. Taking advantage of the book’s striking practicality, I illustrated the key points into simple graphic charts that are easy to grasp. The most useful ideas were extracted and highlighted, making the book into a quick and efficient tool for productivity.
SCIENCE MADE ATTRACTIVE

The most visually interesting part of Atomic Habits consists of its many charts and graphs, covering the writer’s most important ideas in a more digestible and convincing way.
1% BETTER EVERYDAY

“If you get one percent better each day for one year, you’ll end up thirty-seven times better by the time you’re done. This is why small choices don’t make much of a difference at the time, but add up over the long-term.” – James Clear, author.
PRINTED MATTERS

The bookmarks and postcards were designed first as accessible reminders of the 4 tenets of Habit formation, and second as tools that encourage the great habit of writing – by jotting down your thoughts on paper, the readers become more articulate and gain more clarity of mind.
ATOMIC POSTERS

The set of posters stands for the 4 facts that the book stands for: that improvement is a practical process, that the best investment is investing on yourself, that everybody starts small, and that atomic habits are the building blocks of remarkable results.
