This project was implemented on June 23, 2021, in Ukraine, in the city of Kryvyi Rih. A large-scale celebration was planned because the metallurgical plant is located in this city. Therefore, it was essential to complete the event with an impressive show.
The solution was to use a drone show. In addition, we decided to add a laser show to enhance the effect. Due to this decision, the show was in the sky and on the ground.
The complexity of the task was that there was no understanding of how to show the interaction of the drone show with the laser show. Depence 2 fits perfectly for such complex tasks, as the program has extensive features that don't allow it to limit flight for technical experiments.
The area of the location was quite large, approximately 60 000 square meter . There was the main object – Kryvyi Rih National University.
The main task was to create a building model along with the adjacent territory. A visualization was created for the success of the sale of this show and for the customer to understand the final result. Thanks to it, all the ideas proposed at the presentation were accepted and approved successfully. Next, we used this visualization as a technical installation because the visualization was created according to the drawings in compliance with all dimensions. An exact copy of the location helped identify all the problems that technical services may encounter in the future. Thus, this made it possible to prepare for them in advance.
After reconstructing the location in Depence 2, the search for the possible visualization of drones has begun. Thanks to the extensive library in Depence 2 and the materials received from Skypix, interactions between drones and a laser show were created. The result was a spectacular show using two technologies. It surrounded the crowd of thousands with visual effects, both in the sky and on the ground.
Further, the team responsible for the laser show approved the brightest laser installation for this location by experimentation. This is where we come to the most challenging task of this project: “How to synchronize the drone show and the laser show?”. After studying all the possibilities of Depence 2, the most optimal solution was found, making it possible to visualize the Depence 2 drone show. This made it possible to create an incredible laser show, complemented by a fantastic drone show.
Depence 2 is a fantastic program that renders beautiful videos and images. This makes it possible for technical services to be prepared in advance.
In this project, Depence 2 played a crucial role. A visualization was created in it, and the project was successfully sold. Furthermore, all technical problems were solved.
The installation included four towers with a spread of 100 meters. Sixteen laser projectors are involved. One hundred fifty drones were used in the drone show.
