Primera Announces CMY+ Ultra Black Inks For LX-Series Label Printers​​​​​​​

Primera Technology, Inc. (“Primera”), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of specialized digital printing equipment, today announced new, optional CMY+ Ultra Black Ink Cartridges for its LX600, LX610, and LX910 Color Label Printers. Primera’s top-of-the-line model, the LX3000, has included CMY+ Ultra Black with the printers’ dye ink version since its introduction earlier this year. Primera’s color label printers use cyan, magenta, and yellow inks to produce process black, which has many advantages over the carbon black inks used by other color label printers. These include better water resistance, compatibility with a broader range of specialty label media, and more resistance to smearing.
