In 2013, my good friend PJ and I decided to go respectively as Carlos the Scientist and Cecil Gershwin Palmer, characters of the hit horror-comedy podcast Welcome To Night Vale. Just as with the year before, we only had a limited budget to work with. Most of the items I had on are either thrifted (shirt and pants), refashioned from thrifted clothing (the vest), or sourced from my closet (tie and everything else on my face, arms, and hair).
