STORY
The story behind this movie is curated around the feeling of being alone in our head, with our own fears and thoughts. We can not share our point of view with anyone in this wold. Which is a scary and lonely feeling, so we have to find comfort in it.
The whole movie is an emotional journey and also a surrealist dream sequence. Represented by pictorial metaphors and small details and hidden messages.
CONCEPT
I shot the movie in my grandparents` place where I spent a lot of time in my childhood. This mysterious house has impacted the way I think and the artistic perspective of how I see things as a creator in so many way.
This is an experimental movie, with very close shots and montage sequences.
I intentionally did not put any specific human characters in it, because I wanted to create a point of view from our feelings and also from the perspective of our surroundings.
It was a challenge for myself of how to represent emotions without words and facial expressions.
