This is the main client request in addition to redesign his old house in order to have a bright interior minimal style with adding an art zone so he can spend more time doing his main hobby as a painter and also in the same time he needs to furnish the living room and the kitchen to be able to host more friends.

In addition to the previous requests he asked to redistribute the plan in order to have two bedrooms instead of 3 and one of them will have its own bedroom.
This apartment in the past was the classic living room and two rooms, then renovated in its current form: living room with kitchenette, three rooms not very large, balcony.
Slowly the home was emptied by its inhabitants the client colonized everything, with the result of an incredible chaos, disorder and sense of disconnection.

So he asked to reconsider in the new plan a room for him, one to accommodate a small second bathroom, a living area with a kitchen and, somewhere, a space to create and paint.
