David Batkins - An Experienced Police Officer
David Batkins is a former trusted member of the Virginia State Police Criminal Interdiction Team. He portrayed exceptional leadership skills by serving as a board director of the Virginia State Police Association for 12 years. Upon his last term at the association, David Batkins served the role of the First Vice President.
