How to Cooks Steak started as a part of How to Cook for Beginners series of books, produced by Callisto Media. As part of the project, I art directed photography and collaborated on a cover image to match other titles in the series, However, strategy needs changed, and I designed the book as a stand-alone title using minimal resources remaining in the budget.
