We play  with the misunderstanding that an answering machine creates when you try to speak with it.  That usually happens when different words have similar sounds, and a machine is not capable to understand. 
In spanish " alguien" (someone) and "Alien";  and "Urgentemente" (urgently) and "metro veinte" (1´20 meter) sounds similar.
