"It's Warm Inside" is a reaction to this long, cold winter in Chicago. I've noticed the tendency for people to regress during these months, as their activities become largely concentrated indoors - for better or for worse. This typographic illustration, confined to the letterforms as we are to the indoors during these chilly months,  is a meditation on the sorts of activities people do to create warmth and meaning- from drug use to prayer, from exercise to overindulgence of food.
