mindhunters was born as a company different from other headhunters with a modern approach, young and in charge of finding the talent you need, giving opportunities to new talents, without so much bureaucracy. mindhunters will find the best candidate for your company.
I received this assignment to create this brand from the name and give it the life, the style that its founders wanted to convey to both companies and their candidates. Starting from scratch visually, we worked on the brand identity, visual development, brand application and how the design process helped to strengthen the values and vision of mindhunters.
The main goal was to create a design concept that would integrate into the day to day talent search and also stand out from other headhunting companies in environments such as LinkedIn.
