重返大学时代
百货区升级改造

1852年,法国商人Aristide Boucicaut在巴黎市中心开了一家综合商店“Bon marche好市场”,第一次整合了餐馆,肉铺,裁缝铺,杂货店,小剧场,临时展览在一个商业空间内,剧院式沉浸的空间体验,丰富的商品组合,创新的商业模式,使Bon marche在巴黎这个高速发展的城市中一夜成名……

在中国,1917年10月20日,第一家百货大楼先施公司在上海南京路开业。这里不仅是一个购物的场所,屋顶戏院、东亚旅馆和豪华餐厅,杂耍、宁波滩簧、绍兴戏、京戏、魔术,一时间人山人海,甚至有人流连忘返,数日不归。(沉浸式的空间体验,跨界的业态组合,值得百年后的我们学习)

北京上地华联商厦,2008年开业,十年时间成为北京上地地区重要的社区中心。
商业在进化,生活方式和购买方式在升级,以商品为中心的传统百货渐渐进入变革期,旧的商业模式无法连接快速变化的5G时代,尤其是周边快速壮大的年轻社群,无法满足他们对商业的期待……
