1. Place your small tikes slide on a flat, clean surface for disassembling it.

2. Turn the slide so that the stair side is in front and the slide side is facing the ground.

3. When your slide is positioned downward, tap the blue bump to release it from the slide.

4. Then, gently pull the stair case side close to the slide and try to take it out of the slide's hooks. (To easily pull the stair side, place your foot on the back of the slide and gently pull.)

5. Remove the stair part's base once the stair case has been successfully disassembled.

6. To remove the stair case's base, place your foot on the base structure and pull the stairs up, turning it slightly towards you.

7. You should be able to detach the base from the ladder with a few jerks.

8. You can now conveniently store the stair portion and base on the rear of your slide and transport it wherever you desire.
