Federica & Danilo Wedding

Graphic Design

01 — CONCEPT

With K95, I designed the visual identity for my wedding day.
On July 1, 2022, Federica and I got married after 13 years of engagement. We decided to get married in 2020 and at that time I began to design a new typeface that I wanted to use to make the visual identity of our wedding, the typeface was named July 01, which is also the date of our wedding.

02 — MONOGRAM AND TYPEFACE

The first thing I designed was the monogram F + D, I drew the duel letters joining them with the commercial &.
Starting with these two letters I successively drew the entire typeface. The release of July 01 is set for the last quarter of 2022, as it is still in design I used a demo version for the visual identity.
03 — STEEL CLICHÈ AND EMBOSSING

With the printing company Arti Grafiche Leonardi, I made metal clichés that would allow me to have in the invitation not only the embossed monogram, but also the main text of the invitation itself.

04 — STATIONERY
Invitation holder / Invitation / Restaurant Card / Spotify Playlist Card / Iban Card / Timeline Bookmark / Paper Fan / Menù

05 — PRINTED INVITATION

I designed the invitation holder of the invitation using Fedrigoni's Woodstock paper, placing the embossed monogram in the center.

In addition to containing the main invitation with embossed text, the invitation holder contains the Iban tag, the Timeline that peels off to become a bookmark (designed with Giulia Gambino), the voucher with the venue address and the one with the wedding Spotify playlist. All internal prints are digitally printed on Fedrigoni's Old Mill paper.

06 — Restaurant Menù

07 — PAPER FANS

I designed with the help of Giulia Gambino and Gianna Minardi, owners of the Kartì print shop in Modica, paper fans to give to all female guests.
