Narrative:
Entrudo takes place in Aldeia da Pena, a Portuguese schist village. Every carnival all of the villagers of Aldeia da Pena dress up in costumes so they can join the traditional portuguese race called Entrudo’s race. This portuguese tradition is still ongoing and cheers all of the villages of Penedo de Goís.
About the character:
Quim is an old man who has lived in Aldeia da Pena for 20 years now. Since his early days in this beautiful Schist village, he has been the joy of this old “town”. Everytime he plays his instrument, the accordion, all village dances, from the small sheeps to the inhabitants themselves. Once you hear the sound of the accordion you can’t help but dance . Some say it’s a curse, others say it’s a gift. In the end, Quim is loved by (almost) everyone being known by the music prodigy of Aldeia da Pena.
