The media library project in the city of Berezhany was not created in vain. The main reason is the lack of quality, accessible hub for cultural and informational action. So, the building is a multifunctional building with all zones for comfortable learning and recreation. The main idea is barrier-free access to all kinds of activities: education, trainings, lectures, galleries.

The facades are reminiscent of book fronts, giving an understanding of the purpose of the building. The height of the building does not differ from the houses on the outskirts.
