Repentance Park in Baton Rouge, Louisiana was designed by landscape architects Reed Hilderbrand, LLC.  The purpose of the design was to create a usable public green space, to have that space unify existing seperate attractions in the area, and to connect the Downtown Business District to the Mississippi River with pedestrian friendly paths and sidewalks.
