About Taskforce T3 (Test, Trace, Treat)
T3 is a partnership between the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management
of Emerging Infectious Diseases, (IATF-EID) the Department of Health, the Asian Development Bank, the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation and several private organizations. Its goal is to help ramp up the government’s Testing, Tracing and Treatment efforts to beat COVID-19. Ingat Angat is now part of T3's thrust to build consumer confidence in a bid to slowly revitalize the economy as public health continues to improve.
About Ingat Angat
Ingat Angat is a private sector-led campaign that aims to restart the Philippine economy by empowering Filipinos with vigilance. By washing our hands frequently, wearing our mask and face shield at all times and maintaining our distance in our everyday life, we will all get back on our feet safely and surely.
Project Overview
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is supporting the Philippines and its Department of Health (DOH) through project/program loans, grants, and technical assistance in the sector. This includes projects in response to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), support to health security interventions, and over-all strengthening of health system and support to universal health care efforts.

The DOH and Task Force T3, drafted the T3 Terminal Report which documents and highlights the three years of operation of joint government-private sector Task Force T3 (Test, Trace, Treat) from its inception in April 2020 to September 2022. The purpose is to extract the lessons learned from this unique public-private partnership to address COVID-19.

Over this period, the private sector teamed up with the government to map out and execute various aspects of the national COVID-19 response from the expansion of the RT-PCR testing capacity to vaccine deployment and administration. The Report will capture the views of key actors in the project and will hopefully help administrations prepare for any future pandemics or national health emergencies.

The Terminal Report is co-authored by representatives of the private sector and government who worked actively together for the last three years across a wide range
of workstreams.
