1/ Student recruitment consultation/ Marketing
Consult students to approach sales via channels: Facebook, website, data.
Visit high-schools with UEH departments such as: Le Quy Don Highschool, Marie Curie Highschool for UEH’s English entry level requirement consultation Participate Organize seminars to drive sales for TOEIC course Coordinate. with other faculties for student recruitment: Foreign Language Faculty, Department of Student Affairs.
Meet KPIs target 10 students / month for Global Communication course and TOEIC course.
Train part-time sales staff in product knowledge, current programs, company goals and objectives, etc.
2/ Business development targeted to corporate clients
Execute all processes regarding corporate clients contract.
Responsible for all processes of setting up the corporate classes: quotation preparation, course leaflet, profit and loss statement, contract, action plan to organize the class, get syllabus from teachers, assessment form, end-course questionnaire…. etc.
Some corporate clients I have worked with: UEH Academic English, Rex Hotel, Pasteur Institute… People’s Committee of District 3.
Generate leads/prospective customers.
Manage strong customer relationships in database, which is likely to repeat the business and improved word of mouth referrals.
