3D Printed Bolt/Washer Pad

3D Printed Bolt/Washer Pad
Simply time-saving design: A pad for arranging multiple bolts/washers so they can be flipped and then quickly grabbed by assembly area workers.
This was just a simple time-saving project that was requested by a manager in an assembly area.  Washers and bolts could be pre-arranged in a neat grid, then flipped over so that a worker could more easily grab the bottom of the bolt to use in an assembly.  Previously they had been doing something similar with pads of foam, but results were sub-optimal.
With a custom 3D-printed design, washers would be placed in the shallow circular pockets in the base block first.  Then bolts would be placed into the deeper holes.  A lid with clearance holes for the bolt heads would then be placed over that, and the whole unit could be flipped over.  The base block would then be removed, and the lid now acts as an organized rack, presenting an assembly worker with neat rows of bolts with washers already present.
I included various finger slots in the base block to make it easier to grip and to remove the lid while wearing nitrile cloves.
