We were tasked with creating our very own trading card. I took inspiration from Pokemon cards to create my new redesigned card for an A$AP Rocky song, Sundress.
Above, was my original design. Prior to starting I didn't really know where I was going with the project. Quickly as I kept working, I had a vision in my head and was able to put it down online. We critiqued out designs as a class which was helpful for me.
I had many critiques to change the back of the card since it didn't feel complete. I changed the green color to a red which I really like. I enjoy the contrast between the two colors while staying cohesive.
