EUPHORIA HBO MURAL
This is my project inspired by the HBO series Euphoria. I was asked to create some illustrations to be displayed in a mural that was painted in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I chose to work with my two favorite characters: Rue, played by the amazing Zendaya, and Kat, the incredible Barby Ferreira.
The idea behind these illustrations was to capture the vibe of the series, with its vibrant and saturated color palette that can't go unnoticed. I wanted to show the characters as they are, so I was inspired by their most outstanding moments to create the illustrations.
Rue is the protagonist of the series and I illustrated her in an introspective pose that reflects her struggle with addiction and her quest for redemption. On the other hand, Kat is a woman with a confident and powerful attitude, so I portrayed her in a pose that reflected that personal evolution and self-acceptance.
It was a great project because I was able to combine my passion for illustration with my love for Euphoria. And seeing these illustrations come to life in the mural was an unforgettable experience.
