At ESPN+, the video team executes over 50+ animated placements for UFC PPV & UFC Fight Night monthly. These placements include everything from email gifs & linear spots to large scale billboards in Times square. As Lead motion designer, my task was to oversee the animations from our team as well as come up with an efficient production pipeline / system for every execution while directing animators & editors for each placement. This includes creating animation toolkits, organization of resources, managing designers & overall problem solving with short turn around times.
