Comfort Wedge
Description:
The Comfort Wedge is a multipurpose pillow that can inflate and deflate to serve several purposes. The standard pillow on the front is connected by velcro to the front of the wedge meaning it can be swapped with another pillow that has velcro. The user can inflate the wedge, deflate the wedge, lean against the pillow side, lean against the wedge side, and attach different pillows. The user can open the valve to inflate with a pump or take the valve off to deflate the entire wedge. Also, the red case covers the wedge and is held onto the wedge by buttons meaning the case can be taken off if needed. This pillow is great if the user does not want to have several different types of pillows (sleeping, reading, travel, etc.). This one pillow can be used for many occasions.

Questions:
          1. What is your first impression of this inflatable pillow?
          2. Which feature would you use the most?
          3. Do you find this multipurpose pillow more useful than a standard pillow                    and why?
          4. How would you describe your level of comfort while using the pillow and                   wedge?
          4. What would you recommend for improving the design?
Result Summary:
Overall, there was positive feedback for what I built but there were also several improvement suggestions. People liked the red color with the star design. There were multiple suggestions to make multiple cases with different designs. Also, when people were inflating the wedge, they would talk about not knowing how much air to put in. This is probably from the red case not being super clingy to the inflatable part inside the case. Despite the confusion during inflation, most users said it felt comfortable. However, there were users that said it felt okay but when they moved it made noise from the plastic inflatable part moving and they would not use it to sleep on because of the plastic being able to move around while deflated. The multiple suggestions including making it smaller, making the inflatable part roll up for traveling, adding a head rest, adding inflatable arm rests, and making the fabric fuzzier. The project came across pretty well overall with people liking the concept.
