The Summary

Fabletics frequently ran promotions primarily focusing on retaining monthly VIP Members, with a lower focus on converting our aged leads. Aged leads are persons who gave us their email, but have not signed up to be a VIP Member with the subscription cost of $54.95/month.

The Goal

The normal promotions that are run for aged leads primarily focus on overstock merchandise, lower discount percentages, and do not include new arrivals. The goal for this campaign was to run a high percentage discount promotion with the goal of converting aged leads to sign up as monthly VIP Members. The promotion included all styles, new arrivals, accessories, and more.

The Challenge

This promotion was very important for the company, and had much visibility by upper management. We were needing to make up for a decrease in sales since the beginning of the year and wanted to try a new-elevated approach that would break the mold of our current Aged Leads promotions and convert to VIP Members.

My Role

I was the designer appointed to this promotion, and took the lead on everything from creative direction, strategy, and execution of all design assets. 

Final Results

With short turnaround times and collaboration between teams (merch, copywriters, project managers, etc), we converted 10,000 new monthly subscribers to VIP in 5 days.
