Turkish red lentil soup

This red lentil soup was eaten for the first time in yozgat restoran reataurant, Turkey. The first day's version is with or tomato. I like it very much. So they all found it to eat. Almost every restaurant has this soup. Each restaurant has different tastes, but they often have a good time. I learned to do it right after I came back. Add tomato, curry and cumin as you like. You can make a pot in less than half an hour. It's very comfortable to add sesame oil and crispy baked noodles. You can make a little more at a time, pack it separately and freeze it. You can eat it many times.
