Client: Woolworths    Campaign: Celebrate moments that matter, 2021
We wanted to create a Christmas carol that was more South African, heartfelt, and considerate of where we find ourselves in the Covid era. We collaborated with the extremely talented singer/songwriter Lloyiso, to bring this vision to life. Inspired by the well-known hymn, ‘This Little Light of Mine’, we were able to capture the joy, hope, warmth and glow of the season.
The video drove brand awareness on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, display and a range of publishers over the Christmas period and judging by the response, it resonated well with the South African target audience. In addition to warming the hearts of customers, the video achieved great reach with over 42 million impressions. The video was played more than 13 million times, received more than 35 000 link clicks, and was on the YouTube SA Top 10 Ads Leaderboard for Q4 as well as 2021 year end.
