Wondered what do to with old dead batteries? Throw them in bins or recycle? Now there is another way!
 
Optimising People is an public charging station installation made from shelves of old, dead, disposed batteries.

Research and Analysis Summary
 
- There is always some amount of power left in these dead batteries. Its electricity capacity is never zero          when it becomes 'dead' for usage.
 
- Existing publicity campaign in Hong Kong; collect rechargeable batteries, as well as electrical appliances,       computers, compact fluorescent lamps and fluorescent tubes. The vehicle visits a different districts weekly.

- Recycling dead disposable batteries is a very expensive activity , hence recycling is generally practised in     very developed nations only. In nations such as Hong Kong, these dead battries finally find their way to land       fills causing soil pollution.
