With social media growing, there's an inevitable tension between artists and followers to conform to a particular style, with artists measuring their success on engagement, it becomes increasingly difficult to evolve and experiment.
This is my attempt to break and evolve my process.

Oblivious to field banter etiquette he sat scornful,
wondering why his peers called him chubby
— it wasn't like he was particularly fat, he just had a little pooch.
His t-shirts got darker as did his rebelling nature;

his innocence, getting further and further away.

Silence between two chairs
Fumes enveloped in the air, covering the intoxicatingly siren-ridden night.
What little peace was afforded to them existed between two chairs, a table width apart;
slowly creaking to a smouldering cigarette.
