The theme of this home in the heartlands is Modern Casual, where you will find light neutral colors and brass in contrast with dark accents. The biggest challenge of styling this home is due to its space constraints, where the homeowner wanted beautiful furniture pieces that are not just aesthetically pleasing but also functional and able to fit into the apartment.
We chose an armless sofa together with a coffee table that had two stools within it, along with an accent chair and a black colored rug to define the living space. The owner can thus host guests by having a cozy gathering in this area. For the dining area, we created a modern classic look with a marble top table with brass legs, along with our top-grain leather black chairs, which comfortably seats up to 4 persons. This is truly a representation of how furniture pieces had worked and weaved their way through smaller apartments.
